I am going to be sending out a few comms
today and tomorrow, this is a more general note and I will post it to a blog as
well, and then there will be individual emails to all of you. Those are long
overdue, but I wanted to get into the position we are with Niche Sales
Perfection before following up. The individual emails are likely to be tomorrow
morning now.
I am going to send the individual emails

and will then use that for future comms, so will be checking that everyone can
receive emails from that account so I don’t miss anyone out.
It’s best to use that email address for
emails, in particular any related to Niche Sales Perfection and definitely if
it’s partner related and you’re copying in someone external.
There’s a lot in this note, I’ll try and
keep things brief, but there is a lot of areas to cover.

Niche Sales Perfection
The core site is done and dusted now and
ready for launch/promotion, I just want to review some of the content,
specifically around Partners with a few of you before proceeding.
I want Niche Sales Perfection to be a
long term operation for us, we will use it especially to break into new markets
but we will only list a small percentage of our subscription services and other
opportunities as affiliate products.
The next steps for Niche Sales Perfection
are:

Partner proposition

Actively
search for Partners.

Add
Referral Builder and Referral Builder Paid Advertising Options – this has been
designed and some of the code exists.

Add Advert
Exchange Console – this re-uses previously developed code
Then we’ll look to add our Advertising
Portal and Standalone “Make Money Online” site which will allow us to expand
the range of paid Advertising packages that we offer and most importantly of
all the first products that we will use to deliver guaranteed sales to VIP
members and a related product that any member will be able to make sales and
generate commission from.
The Ad Portal and Ad Packages are
important because they will provide tangible progress and an income stream for
some members but it’s the first products that are the really big milestone.
In terms of our next steps then
developing those products is the ultimate priority and in the short term all
actions revolve around that aim. They are vitally important because they will
secure the future of Niche Sales Perfection and give us additional revenue to
share out and use for expansion purposes.

Automated Back end Processing
To deliver them we need to complete the
automated back end process for a couple of areas, at least FOREX and Horse
Racing, and they remain the critical milestones for us.
All along, the completion of that work
has been key, but we had a blip with our last attempt to full fund the work and
me becoming very ill for a while didn’t help that, however getting back on
track will be simple and we’re lucky in particular that the Teradata developers
we have used for the FOREX development have not picked up a long term contract
yet.
A long time ago we perfected the generic
process for getting all of the data we need for any site onto the web and being
used by a specific subscription service. It’s a generic process using xml that
classifies where the data will be used – which site, which page of the site,
which table etc., so that we can do one upload of data for everything and then
farm that data out easily to the right location. I’m proud and pleased with
that because it means we don’t need separate processes for individual sites,
therefore limiting the processing we need to do.
That won’t need to be redone for anything
we’re working on now, it exists, it’s perfect and it’s ready to use with our
back end processes.
What we still need to do however is to
automate the back end processing in order to leverage the work that’s already
been completed.
FOREX
The local processing for this has been
completed, indeed the first step when we have development funding will be to
get the local processing set up on a standalone service with an automated data
feed and outputting to a results database that I can share with you and that we
can use to test the more strategic development.
The strategic development on Teradata is about
30% of the way through, we will run this on a development server to start with
and move over to using Amazon’s cloud computing services when we’re ready to
put it into production – this is low cost and allows us to expand as and when
we need to.
This gives us the fundamental processes
and enough data items for our first few strategies, we will then kick off a
process of continuous improvement as there will be a lot of calculations and
metrics still to add, and as the process “learns” which data items are most
effective in combination or similar historic scenarios additional strategies
will be able to be created.
Once this has been completed, expanding
the process to cover a variety of other investment options (shares, indices etc.)
will be very easy.
NOTE – If the local processing when
automated is stable enough and the testing goes well, that will be able to be
used for at least one intraday subscription service.
HORSE
RACING
The end to end process for this has been
converted from a UK version to a global version, allowing data from any country
to be loaded and processed. For each Country the day being processed can be
different (that was impossible in the first iteration) so we can run everything
live that is complete, and still process history for countries in development.
What’s left to do here is automate the
data input, because manual processing will not be possible on a daily basis.
For some areas that will be linking into a data feed, others will be a folder
where we can drop in data files or spreadsheets and have them processed
automatically.
When this automation is in place the
first task will be to catch up on UK data (easy to do) and start to feed in the
data for our other key markets – USA, Australia, Japan, Hong Kong and the rest
of Europe.
SUBSCRIPTION
SERVICE CONCLUSION
Those are going to be our two top
priorities in terms of areas which we will turn into Subscription Services.
There are lots of others where I’ve
started work and design but I don’t want to spread ourselves too thinly for
now, the two above areas will allow us to keep the developers busy 100%, so
when I’m testing their work on FOREX they can be working on HORSE RACING and
vice versa. In addition with the different geographies we can target for both
FOREX and HORSE RACING, and the different investment areas we can easily move
into once FOREX is complete, they give huge scope for a variety of Subscription
Services from the outset.
When those two are complete we will kick
off automation work for both areas, building our own automation tools for
Betfair and at least one FOREX platform. Then we’ll expand into other areas as
rapidly as we can – Other Investment Areas and Sports Areas such as Football,
Golf, Tennis, Baseball and more.
When the automation is in place we’ll make
use of automated trading pools for every area, focusing on the most profitable
and proven strategies we’ve been able to develop. This will begin centrally and
we’ll roll out to individuals to use them with their own accounts as
appropriate.
Project
X
I want to take bold steps from where we
are and be as aggressive as possible in pursuing the funding we need to
complete the above work.
Any sources of short term funding are
acceptable, because once we have the above work complete and subscription services
up and running our future is secure.
The potential sources of funding from
Niche Sales Perfection are:

Other Upgrades – our target of 500 upgrades would generate $33,750 at the
discounted rate for people registering under Partners

Initial
Products
The unknown factor is whether the program
really kicks off until we have those initial products, once they are in place
then I think it’s a certainty, but I’m less sure before that happens – it might
hinge on how many active partners we can get on board. Five partners each
bringing in 100 active members would do it for sure.
We then of course have the subscription
service related income streams, which will begin to flow when we have the back
end work completed.
To ensure we can turn that into reality I
want to go back to generating funds from the code we developed for My Gold Nest
Egg etc., we put a lot into building a very good system, but we could have been
more effective in our advertising and we’re hindered by initially using Solid Trust
Pay and then not being able to as they tightened their rules.
At the end of the day though we have a
very capable set of code, and if we get everything right with the design and
advertising this time I think we can have a powerful site(s) that will help us
to meet our objectives.
If Niche Sales Perfection flies to start
with then adding additional development funds will allow us to accelerate
everything, and if it doesn’t then having additional development funds will
allow us to reach a stage where we have the products to deliver guaranteed
sales, and with that sorted NSP will be able to reach its full potential.
So it makes sense to me to try and
leverage the work we have already put into the daily payments code in the past.
There are a few projects that I’d like us
to pursue after the first one, each to boost our development resources, and to
allow us to put in place income streams to repay participating members and then
to benefit from 100% of those income streams ourselves once we’ve been able to
wind down the programs.
For the first I’ve registered a domain –
Perfect Prosperity Plan and another for the admin control panel, and have
designed a simple system with an attractive initial rate that comes with extras
to buy us more time.
We will have one investment option paying
a rate that allows us 44 days to use 50% of the funds invested, which is tight
but if the investment amount is high enough then that should be doable.
In addition there are boosters which
would see members investment more to receive longer term returns and a higher
daily rate on their core investment – they get more overall but we have longer
to use a higher proportion of invested funds.
Plus we’ll have attractive re-investment
options to further extend the time period we have to make use of the invested
funds.
Finally based on the experience gained in
the last project I have a multi step marketing plan that will see us listed in
the most active monitors and with some active recruiters from day 1 to build
excitement and activity levels.
With project 1 live we will follow up
with project 2, the Hub.
This will be a listing and advertising
site where people will be able to have a variety of profiles:

Members will be able to add info
depending on their profile and will have reviews from other individuals. Active
recruiters for instance would be able to seek reviews from Program Admins that
they’ve worked for, helping them to get future work. We’ll have different
features for different groups, for instance a contact page for people to get in
touch with individuals without exposing their email address, and secure
messages on the site so they can verify who they are communicating with.
This will be a standalone site, but we
will list PPP there and seek discounted listings from a handful of other
programs, on the basis that they introduce the hub to their membership. On an on-going
basis we will seek to identify new programs and offer them an attractive
advertising package.
This program fulfils two objectives,
firstly it increases our advertising reach, and secondly by having paid
listings and advertising options it can be an additional revenue stream.
With the hub in place we’ll be able to
deliver a variety of other programs, specifically in the very short term.
We will continue to add them where there
is a need for additional funding, or to top up our automated trading pools,
every program will be short term, once every participating member has been paid
they will be shut down and this group will benefit from everything left on an on-going
basis.

I didn’t follow up on this following the
last email on the subject, was able instead to focus on getting Niche Sales
Perfection ready to go, but the overall objective remains the same.
This as I’ve stated above is to ensure we
have sufficient development funding to complete the back end automation work
and get income streams in place in the shape of some subscription services.

on it’s own, but we are in a position where we can leverage our previous

will have two sites that aim to have mass market appeal, with corresponding
smart phone apps. The focus will be on news, odds, free tips and using them to
promote our sites, earn advertising revenue and to profit from affiliate and
other external opportunities.

Self Service Automation
This will aim to try and build a web
service for people to use our forecasting process themselves, with probably a
version for investment, team sports and individual sports.
This will be a slow burner but
potentially a big earner if we can pull it off.

Strategy
Lab
With this we will test very specific and
smart strategies to see if we can turn them into something profitable, both for
our own use and potentially then as a subscription service.
Participants will benefit from both

Flappy Birds
We’ll use this to develop smartphone
apps. Flappy birds generated $50,000 in ad revenue a day, and clash of clans
generates more than $2million in revenue a day. Not saying that we can beat them
but I’d like to have an area working on smart phone apps, not just games, and

For the private projects above we will
use a small percentage of funding to development them, and will expect most to
fail as they are all high risk high returns, but when one does come off we’ll

I’ve tried to balance this with short and
long term rewards, the short term rewards are mostly based on project X and
need that to get off to a good start, the larger rewards are over time because
they need us to put in place our significant income streams.

Firstly once we have our development
funding secured you will receive payback (times your multiplier above) from
Niche Sales Perfection and again from Project X.
We will create a top position in NSP and
all Project X programs that will receive downline commission and a flat payment
from every member of the downline for infinite levels that will be shared
between participants.
When the first Project X Program is
established we will create a dedicated profit system that will be yours, you
will get 10% upfront of everything invested, 10% of everything paid out and
100% of the remaining pool when the profit system has paid all participants.
You’ll share in 10% of the advertising
income that flows into the Project X Hub, and will share 10% of all the income
generated by the five income streams, through to when we launch the power of 5
and will share 100% of the income generated by these income streams when all
members have been paid.
